I'm Brazilian and passionate about learning new languages. I'm the kind of person who notices details: rhythm, word choice, tone, intention. Translating, for me, is making a text 'be born again' in another language without losing its personality and without it feeling like a translation. I work with English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Dutch, and French, and I like keeping terms consistent — especially when the topic is technical, sensitive, or full of nuance. Sometimes I swap an expression, adjust an example, adapt a reference, all so the reader feels it was written with them in mind. My sign that it turned out well is simple: you read it and don't notice my work, you just notice it flows.
